Most fundamentalist psychos are funded and antagonized into their actions by those who would profit monetarily from their actions. The reason Israel doesn't wipe Syria from the map is because conflict generates debt, and therefore profit. The handful of families who control Israel(and our Federal Reserve) couldn't just scrap their meal ticket(i.e. Palestininans, Syrians, Iranians, Iraqis, Lebanese, etc.). Israel was strategically placed by money-lenders to generate the conflict dollar. Hamas, Hezbollah, and all of those other idiotic bomb-transport-devices are funded and even partially controlled by the Mossad, which, like our own CIA, is only the intelligence arm for international bankers, despite whatever other small benefit they offer to their host countries. All of these people on both sides are being manipulated into their respective roles by the same sort of grand civil engineers that have run the world for the past three centuries, if not longer. Frankly, I'd like to see the whole region get vaporized, if for no other reason than to keep our politicians from having their hands tied so that Israel doesn't get its feelings hurt.

Sorry. Can't agree with any of that. You know what turns a bigger profit than conflict? Monopolies. That'd be the lack of conflict. That'd be running the company store. Conspiracists often overlook the role that accidence plays in human events. Not coincidence (which they NEVER overlook), but accidence. There are so many different cultures and moments in the development of those cultures that intrude upon those of any or all of the others that the rational mind will try to put them all in some sort of order when they collide. But, in that very act of rationalism, they impose a false sequence of causes and effects. The world is too messy to believe that there is a small handful of "families" "running" the show. You say Israel was "strategically placed" where it is (I presume geographically) "by money-lenders" ---but that's crazy. The location of modern-day Israel has been the homeland of Jews for 3,000 years. Do you think that was done intentionally in Biblical times so that, millennia later, those trouble-making Jews could be there in that very region to antagonize oil-rich Arab nations? That's a bit of an anachronism, yes? I just don't see where all of this "grand civil engineer" talk is coming from. It sounds bat-@#%$! crazy.

Israel is like any other nation. Let the Isrealis do what they want. Of course, none of my tax dollars should get sent to them and we shouldn't really support anyone else in the region. If they're so bad-ass, let them back it up...but not with my money and not with my stuff. Fuck 'em, the palestinians and the israelis deserve each other.
